1. Внести зміни в п.13.1. Договору виклавши його в наступній редакції: « Цей Договір
укладається на строк з 01.01.2019 р. по 19.04.2019 р. зазначений в комерційній пропозиції, яку обрав Споживач та набуває чинності з дати подання Споживачем заяви- приєднання, якщо інше не встановлено комерційною пропозицією. Умови цього Договору починають виконуватись з дати початку постачання електричної енергії зазначеної Споживачем у заяві-приєднанні. Сторони керуючись ст.631 Цівільного кодексу України дійшли згоди,що умови цього договору застосовується до відносин між сторонами, які виникли до його укладення починаючи з 01.01. 2019 року
