Note:
1. Пункт 2.1. Договору доповнити наступним реченням: Код ДК 021:2015 09310000-5 Електрична енергія
(постачання електричної енергії (універсальна послуга)).
2. Пункт 5.1. Договору доповнити наступним реченням:
Ціна договору на 2019 рік з врахуванням ПДВ становить 2 706 805.92 грн. виходячи з очікуваних обсягів
споживання електроенергії у 2019 році.
3. Доповнити Договір Розділом 7-1 наступного змісту:
Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання
зобов'язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків (Більш детально у додатковій угоді).
4.Доповнити розділ 13Договору пунктом 13.3 наступного змісту:
Сторони встановили, що умови договору застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до його
укладення, але не раніше 01.01.2019р.
5. Решта умов вищевказаного Договору, залишаються незмінними та обов'язковими до виконання. (Більш детально у додатковій угоді)
