П.10 п.п 10.2 Продовжити дію договору у 2020 році на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на суму 48898,72 грн (сорок вісім тисяч вісімсот девяносто вісім грн 72 коп з ПДВ), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в цьому договорі 244 493,60 грн (двісті сорок чотири тисячі чотириста девяносто три грн 60 коп з ПДВ). 2. Ця додаткова угода, на підставі ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України, набуває чинності з 01.01.2020 року та діє по 01.03.2020 року, а частині розрахунків до повного виконання договірних зобов'язань.
