Зменшити суму Договору на 580,00 грн (п'ятсот вісімдесят гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ (20%) - 96 ,67 грн (дев'яносто шість гривень 67 копійок) та п 2.1. викласти у наступній редакції: "Вартість послуг відповідно до Протоколу узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток № 1 ) складає: 50000,00 грн (п'ятдесят тисяч гривень оо копійок), у тому числі ПДВ (20 %) - 8333,33 грн (вісім тисяч триста тридцять три гривні 33 копійки)". У зв'язку з затримкою отримання дозволу на викид забруднюючих речовин в атмосферне повітря в Департаменті екології та природних ресурсів Дніпропетровської ОДА, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.7.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: "Термін дії Договору: - початок - з дати його підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін; - закінчення - 31 липня 2026 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання зобов'язань".
