Згідно Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII: п.1 ч. 5 ст. 41: зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника та п.2 ч. 5 ст. 41:збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю/внесення змін до такого договору щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю товару. Обмеження щодо строків зміни ціни за одиницю товару не застосовується у випадках зміни умов договору про закупівлю бензину та дизельного пального, природного газу та електричної енергії

Вартість закупівлі вершкового масла на час проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року визначається в межах 20% вартості, передбаченої в п. 3.1. Договору, та становить 39868,32 грн (Тридцять дев’ять тисяч вісімсот шістдесят вісім гривень 32 коп), у т.ч. ПДВ – 6644,72грн»
