керуючись ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та підпунктами 5 пункту 11.6 Договору № 03-12/14 від 25.01.2017 року (надалі «Договір»), дійшли згоди зменшити ціну за одиницю товару і відповідно загальну суму Договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти № 03-12/14 від 25.01.2017 року
Сторони Договору погоджуються з 01.06.2017 року зменшити ціну за одиницю на апельсини та лимони а саме :
- Лимон з 49,67 грн/кг на 44,16 грн/кг;
- Апельсин з 39,00 грн/кг на 28,57 грн/кг;
2. Зменшити загальну суму Договору № 03-12/14 від 25.01.2017 року на 40767,10 грн., станом на 01.06.2017 року, і внести відповідні зміни у п. 3.1. даного Договору
