У зв’язку із продовженням строків будівельних робіт по об’єкту «Будівництво дошкільного навчального закладу на 75 місць в с. Сокільники Пустомитівського району Львівської області. коригування.», Сторони погодили продовжити дію Договору №1-ДНЗ-ТН від 21.05.2018 року на 2019 рік та викласти п.3.1. в наступній редакції: п.3.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та діє до 31.12.2019р. У зв’язку із встановленням фінансування по об’єкту «Будівництво дошкільного навчального закладу на 75 місць в с. Сокільники Пустомитівського району Львівської області. коригування.» на 2019 рік Сторони погодили внести зміни та доповнення до розділу ІІ. “Ціна договору” Договору №1-ДНЗ-ТН від 21.05.2018 року та викласти пункт 2.1. в наступній редакції: п.2.1. Загальна сума відрахувань за здійснення технічного нагляду відповідно до укладеного договору та за домовленістю Сторін складає 385150,00 грн. (триста вісімдесят п’ять тисяч сто п’ятдесят грн. 00 коп.) (лист Держбуду від 04.10.2000р. №7/7-1010), в т.ч. єдиний податок за ставкою 5% - 19260,00 грн., у 2019 році сума відрахувань становить 95259,68 грн. (дев’яносто п’ять тисяч двісті п’ятдесят дев’ять грн. 68 коп.) в т.ч. єдиний податок за ставкою 5% - 4536,19 грн.
