Керуючись нормами Господарського та Цивільного кодексів України, Загальних умов укладання та виконання Договорів підряду в капітальному будівництві, затвердженим Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 668 від 01.08.2005 року (надалі – Загальні умови) на підставі п. 3.1. Договору сторони домовились:1. Внести зміни до п. 3.1. договору та викласти його у такій редакції:
«3.1. Договірна ціна робіт на 2018 рік визначається на основі кошторису, що є невід’ємною частиною Договору (Додаток 1), і складає
3 242 751 тис. грн. (три мільйони двісті сорок дві тисячі сімсот п’ятдесят одну грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ _648, 550.2 тис. грн. (шістсот сорок вісім тисяч п’ятсот п’ятдесят грн.. 20 коп.). Джерела фінансування: за рахунок коштів - інфраструктурної субвенції (Постанова КМУ №200 від 16.03.2016 р.) – 1800,0 тис. грн.., обласного бюджету – 1023,650 тис. грн., місцевого бюджету – 419,101 тис. грн.Договірна ціна на наступні роки підписується сторонами на початку наступного року за наявності затвердженого джерела фінансування»
