Сторони відповідно до ст.36 ч.4 п.2, Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" домовилися збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 % в зв'язку з коливанням ціни даного виду товару на ринку. Щоб зазначені зміни не призвели до збільшення суми, було зменшено обсяги закупівлі м'яса птиці патраної (куряча четвертина охолоджена) на 184,55 кг.. Зменшено ціну договору на 0,12 грн.. Загальна ціна по договору становить 292999,88 грн. без ПДВ.
