Сторони дійшли згоди, що починаючи з 26.12.2019 року згідно п.1 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ"Про публічні закупівлі": зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника" зменшити суму договору на 31918,05 грн.(Тридцять одна тисяча дев`ятсот вісімнадцять гривень 05 коп). Викласти п.5.1. у наступній редакції: Ціною цього договору є вартість послуг з розподілу електичної енергії на об`єкт (об`єкти) Споживача в паспорті точки (точок) розподілу за об`єктом споживача. Ціна договору становить: 155181,91 грн., у т.ч. послуги з розподілу електричної енергії 146281,30 грн, та послуги з перетікань реактивної електричної енергії 8900,61 грн.
