(шістдесят чотири тисячі триста двадцять пять грн. 00 коп. без ПДВ), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в цьому договорі: 322950,00 грн. (триста двадцять дві тисячі девятсот пятдесят грн. 00 коп. без ПДВ).
2.Ця додаткова угода, на підставі ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного Кодексу України, набуває чинності з 01.01.2018 року та діє до 12.02.2018 року, а в частині розрахунків - до повного виконання договірних зобовязань.
