1. Сторони прийшли до обопільної згоди, що загальна сума договору від 10 січня 2022 року № 5 залишається незміною , а саме : 180000 грн 00 коп. в т.ч. ПДВ (Сто вісімдесят тисяч грн 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ.
2. Згідно пункту 20 Договору № 5 від 10.01.2022 року «Бюджетні зобов'язання виникають в межах кошторисних призначень по загальному фонду у КЗ «Житомирський краєзнавчий музей» виникли бюджетні зобов'язання по загальному фонду, відповідно кошторисних призначень по загальному фонду з 01.02.2022р. – 31.12.2022 р. в сумі 160 000 гривень 00 копійок ( Сто шістдесят тисяч гривень 00 копійок) в т.ч ПДВ.
