Improvement of the quality of the subject of procurement provided that such improvement will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract

Note:
1. Збільшити суму договору № 10-24 від 25.01.2024 на 424,11 грн. (чотириста двадцять чотири гривні 11 копійок). 2. Інші умови Договору не порушені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання. 3. Додаткова Угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 10-24 від 25.01.2024 року. 4. Додаткова Угода складена українською мовою у двох оригінальних примірниках – по одному для кожної Сторони, що мають однакову юридичну силу. 5. Додаткова Угода набуває чинності з 27.11.2024 року і діє протягом усього строку дії договору.
