Note:
1. Замовник та постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №53 від 26.02.2020 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладенному в попередньому році та діє до 31.03.2021 року, але в будь-якому разі - до проведення повних розрахунків за фактично поставлений товар. Сторони, керуючись ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України, домовились, що умови цього Договору розповсюджують свою дію на відносини, які виникли між сторонами з 01.01.2021.
