У зв’язку із змінами у плануванні бюджетних асигнувань на фінансування робіт (послуг) ремонту та дорожнього будівництва Сторони погодились викласти п.3.1 в наступній редакції: « 3.1 Загальна договірна ціна, узгоджена сторонами складає: 94 999 000,00 (дев’яносто чотири мільйона дев’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч) грн. 00 коп. з урахуванням ПДВ 20%». Договірна ціна є динамічною та визначається виходячи з фактичного фінансування, на підставі договірної ціни (Додаток № 1 до договору) і розрахованої відповідно до вимог ДСТУ Б Д. 1.1-1:2013. На 2019 рік складає - 1 568 301 грн. 90 коп. (один мільйон п’ятсот шістдесят вісім тисяч триста одна грн. 90 коп.) в том числі ПДВ 20%. На 2020 рік – 93 430 698 грн. 10 коп (дев’яносто три мільйона чотириста тридцять тисяч шістсот дев’яносто вісім грн. 10 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 20%
