Note:
Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та на керуючись підпунктом 14.3 пункту 14. Договору № 25 від 01.04.2022 р. між «Покупцем» та «Постачальником» погоджено зменшити суму даного Договору на 40 897,92 грн. (сорок тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто сім гривень 92 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 6 816, 32 грн.
2. Зміна обсягів закупівлі у сторону зменшення, а саме:
1) Молоко пастеризоване, вітамінізоване 2,5% жиру з кількості 9708 кг., до кількості 8455 кг.
3. Внести зміни в підпункт 2.2, пункт 2 даного Договору та викласти у наступній редакції: «Сума Договору складає 372 496,20 грн.» (триста сімдесят дві тисячі чотириста дев’яносто шість гривень 20 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 62 082,70 грн

на 65 867,52 грн. (шістдесят п’ять тисяч вісімсот шістдесят сім грн. 52 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 10 977,92 та викласти п. п. 2.2 п.2 договору в наступній редакції «Сума договору після збільшення становить 395 278,92 грн ( триста дев’яносто п’ять тисяч двісті сімдесят вісім гривень 92 коп.) у т. ч. ПДВ 65 879,82 грн.
