Оператор ГРМ надає з 01.01.2026 року по 31.12.2026 року послуги з розподілу природного газу Споживачу (згідно Єдиного закупівельного словника ДК 021:2015 за кодом 65210000-8 «Розподіл газу») в обсязі замовленої потужності 1 256,00 куб.м.
Загальна сума Договору складається із сум місячних вартостей послуг розподілу природного газу, наданих Споживачеві за даним Договором.
Загальна планова сума вартості послуг за цим Договором станом на дату підписання цієї Додаткової угоди становить 2 245,73 грн., (Дві тисячі двісті сорок п’ять грн.,73 копійки) в т.ч. ПДВ 374,29 грн.,(Триста сімдесят чотири грн., 29 копійок). У разі перевищення зазначеної суми сторонами укладається відповідна додаткова угода.

Сторони прийшли до згоди внести зміни до п. 6.2 Договору та доповнити його
реченням наступного змісту: «Згідно постанови НКРЕКП № 2163 від 19.12.2025 р. тариф на послуги розподілу природного газу складає: - на період з 01 січня 2026 року до 31 березня 2026 року (включно) – 1,69 грн. за 1 м3 на місяць без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 20% - 0,57 грн., 2,26 грн. з ПДВ;
- з 01 квітня 2026 року – 1,99 грн. за 1 м3 на місяць без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 20%.
Загальна планова сума вартості послуг за цим Договором станом на дату підписання цієї Додаткової угоди становить 2 886,66 грн. (Дві тисячі вісімсот вісімдесят шість грн., 66 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 481,11 грн. (Чотириста вісімдесят одна грн., 11 копійок). У разі перевищення зазначеної суми сторонами укладається відповідна додаткова угода.»
