Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також умовами укладеного між Сторонами Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на постачання природного газу No 56 від 06.04.2020 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2021 році, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, та внести відповідні зміни до Договору. При цьому сума зобов’язань на 2021 рік та сума товару, що підлягає поставці у 2021 році по цій Додатковій угоді становить 25 853,87 гри. (двадцять п'ять тисяч вісімсот п'ятдесят три гривні 87 коп.), в тому числі ГІДВ - 20% - 4308,98 грн. (чотири тисячі триста вісім гри, 98 коп.).
