Відповідно до підпункту 7 пункту 19 Особливостей, на підставі постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 05 грудня 2025 року Nº2009 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «Укренерго» на 2026 рік», Сторони погодились, що для остаточних розрахунків за розрахунковий період, починаючи з 01.04.2026 року, застосовується тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії на рівні 0,74291 грн/кВт*год (без урахування податку на додану вартість).
