1. В зв’язку зі зміною фінансування Сторони домовились викласти пункт 5.1. розділу 5 Договору в новій редакції:
«5.1. 5.1. Загальна ціна Договору на 2025 рік становить 1 442 187,87 (один мільйон чотириста сорок дві тисячі сто вісімдесят сім грн. 87 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 240 364,64 грн.
Оплата електричної енергії здійснюється:
- 467 338,41 грн. (чотириста шістдесят сім тисяч триста тридцять вісім гривень 41 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 77 889,73 грн. (сімдесят сім тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят дев’ять гривень 73 коп.), за рахунок бюджетних коштів з IBAN UA048201720344380002000091871 Держказначейська служба України у м.Київ МФО 820172. ЄДРПОУ 39940162;
- 947 849,46 грн. ( дев’ятсот сорок сім тисяч вісімсот сорок дев’ять гривень 46 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 157 974,91 грн. (сто п’ятдесят сім тисяч дев’ятсот сімдесят чотири гривні 91 коп.), за рахунок власних коштів з IBAN UA203052990000026004020124783 АТ КБ «ПРИВАТБАНК» МФО 305299.
