Note:
1. Пункт 4.1. розділу 4 «Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії» Договору доповнити новим абзацом наступного змісту:
«Ціна за 1 кВТ*год. електричної енергії за цим Договором на умовах Комерційної пропозиції «Бюджет – універсальна» з розрахункового періоду червень 2026 року для малих не побутових споживачів 1-ї групи 2 класу напруги, приєднаних на території діяльності оператора системи розподілу АТ «ДТЕК ДНІПРОВСЬКІ ЕЛЕКТРОМЕРЕЖІ» становить без ПДВ 6,66947 грн., у т.ч. ПДВ 1,33389, разом з ПДВ 8,00336 грн. (вісім грн., 00336 коп.)».
2. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної Сторони, набуває чинності з моменту її підписання.
3. У всьому іншому, що не передбачено цією Додатковою угодою, Сторони керуються умовами Договору.
4. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності відповідно до частини 3 статті 631 Цивільнго кодексу України до відносин, що виникли між Сторонами з 01.06.2026 року.

3. У всьому іншому, що не передбачено цією Додатковою угодою, Сторони керуються умовами Договору.
