Сторони домовились доповнити розділ 10 пунктом 10.3 виклавши його в наступній редакції: а) "10.3 Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовились продовжити дію договору на строк, достатаній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року. Обсяги, що не перевищують 20% суми визначеної в Договорі, будуть визначені після затвердження видатків на цю мету в установленому порядку."
