1. Пункт 3.1. договору №3 викласти у новій редакції : «Загальна сума договору складає 14239,12 грн.(чотирнадцять тисяч двісті тридцять дев’ять грн., 12 коп.) в т.ч. зменшення по даній додатковій угоді на 4478,08 грн. (чотири тисячі чотириста сімдесят вісім грн., 08 коп.). Інші умови вищевказаного договору лишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання.
2. Ця угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами і діє до 31.12.21 р., а в частині взаєморозрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язання .
