згідно листа ФОП Мадяр І.В. від 06.09.18р. №09 та Цінової довідки Івано-Франківської торгово-промислової палати №В-512 від 07.09.2018р. в зв’язку зі зміною (збільшенням) ринкової ціни на товар по КЕКВ 2282: ДК021:2015(15110000-2) (м’ясо свійської птиці) тушка курки патрана І категорії, заморожена :
1. Відповідно до пункту 2.5 Договору, у зв’язку із збільшенням ринкової ціни на (м’ясо свійської птиці) тушка курки патрана І категорії, заморожена, внести зміни до специфікації.
2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
3. Дана угода складена українською мовою у двох оригінальних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу по одному для кожної Сторони, а також являється невід’ємним додатком до Договору №156 від 30.10.2018р.
