Згідно Експертного звіту № 0610-20Е від 13.04.2020 та рішення сесії від 07 травня 2020 року № 6549-81-VII для завершення основних загальнобудівельних робіт виникає необхідність проведення додаткових аналогічних робіт, при цьому загальна вартість таких робіт чи послуг не перевищує 50 відсотків ціни основного договору про закупівлю, укладеного за результатами проведеної процедури відкритих торгів по об’єкту «Будівництво дитячого дошкільного закладу на 75 місць по вул.Незалежності 5а в м.Ірпінь Київської області» в сумі 9385000 грн. Проведено ппереговорну процедури на додаткові роботи. Оскільки об"єкт є цілісним комплексом та перебіг гарантійних строків розпочненься після остаточого завнершення будівництва строк дії договору продовжується до моменту заверщення додаткових робіт за об"єктом.
