Note:
1. Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (пп.8.п.19 Постанови КМУ від 12.10.202р. № 1178), відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з пунктом 14.6.8 Договору № 244 від 20.07.2023 ( надалі - Договір), Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 01.03.2024р., в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.
