Керуючись ч.6 ст 67 ЗУ "Про ринок електричної енергії" від 13.04.2017 №2019-VIII: "За результатами торгів відповідно до правил ринку "на добу вперед" та внутрішньодобового ринку оприлюднюється ціна та обсяги купівлі - продажу електричної енергії для кожного розрахункового періоду та інші показнии, що можуть використовуватись як орієнтир (індикатор) для укладення правочинів щодо купівлі - продажу електричної енергії на ринку електричної енергії", на підставі п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", та експертного висновку №ОИ-28 від 12,08,2021 Сторони домовились: Додаток 2, який є невід"ємною частиною Договору, викласти в новій редакції. Внести зміни до п. 2,2 договору , виклавши його в новій редакції:"Обсяги продажу електроенергії за договором становить 45109,45 кВт*год.
