Цей Договір укладається на строк, визначений за Договором будівельного підряду від 06.01.2021 року № 2-21 та діє до 31.12.2022 року, але в будь-якому разі – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань (календарний план робіт додається (Додаток 3)». 2. Викласти пункт 4.2. розділу 4 «РОЗМІР ТА ПОРЯДОК ОПЛАТИ» Договору в новій редакції. 3. Додаток № 3 «Календарний план робіт» викласти в новій редакції, що додається.
