Note:
Сторони, уклали цю додаткову угоду відповідно до ч.6 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» - «дія договору може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/ спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установчому порядку», про таке:
1.Замовник та Постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №4 від 12.01.2021 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
1.1 Внести зміни до пункту 10.1. Договору та викласти їх в наступній редакції:
«Договір про закупівлю набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 31 березня 2022 року включно.»
2.Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 64 241,64 грн. (шістдесят чотири тисячі двісті сорок одна гривня 64 коп.) з ПДВ.
3. Загальна вартість договору: 385 806,36 грн. ( двісті двадцять тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят чотири гривні 36 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 64 301,06 грн.
