На підставі ч.5. ст.36 Закону України „Про публічні закупівлі” та на підставі п.1.3 Договору викласти п. 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору (загальна вартість товару, що поставляється за цим договором) становить 341855,99 грн. (триста сорок одна тисяча вісімсот п’ятдесят п’ять грн. 99 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 22364,41 грн., в т.ч.:
2017р.- 303 961,94 грн. (триста три тисячі дев’ятсот шістдесят одна грн. 94 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 19885,36 грн.,
2018р. -37894,05 грн. (тридцять сім тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто чотири грн. 05 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 2479,05 грн., та складається з вартості всього товару, що поставляється за цією додатковою угодою та зазначений в специфікації (Додаток №1).
