Note:
Керуючись п.3.2., п.9.2. у зв’язку з тим, що з 28.05.2021 року Підрядник перейшов на іншу систему оподаткування (став платником ПДВ), Сторони уклали Додаткову угоду та дійшли згоди викласти у новій редакції:
1. «3.1. Вартість здійснення авторського нагляду за цим Договором, розраховується відповідно до вимог ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-7-2013, інших чинних нормативних документів і, згідно з кошторисом (Додаток № 2), становить 133 299,00 грн. (Сто тридцять три тисячі двісті дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 22 216,50 грн, а саме:
2021 рік : 10 000,00 грн. (Десять тисяч гривень,00 копійок) у т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 1 666,67 грн.
2022 рік : 123 299,00 грн. (Сто двадцять три тисячі двісті дев’яносто дев’ять,00 копійок ) у т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 20 549,83 грн.»
2. Викласти Додаток №2 «Кошторис на виконання робіт» в новій редакції, додається окремим файлом.
