Керуючись ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, ст. 651, ст. 652 Цивільного кодексу України та за взаємною згодою. Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору зменшивши суму визначену в додатковій угоді № 5 від 15.01.2020 на 36 625,90 грн., внаслідок чого пункт 1 Додаткової угоди № 5 від 15.01.2020 викласти в такій редакції:
Враховуючи частину 5 Статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на: строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі па початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, а саме: 157 131,90 гри. (сто п’ятдесят сім тисяч сто тридцять одна грн.. 90 коп.)»
