Враховуючи технічний регламент роботи майданчиків встановлений ДП "Прозорро", Замовник не може обрати підставу для внесення змін до договору відповідно до вимог закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", оскільки зміни в договір вносяться у відповідності до вимог статті 651 Цивільного кодексу України. Таким чином, замовник повинен обрати підстави внесення змін виключно із наявних та реалізованих на майданчику. В іншому випадку, замовник не має технічної можливості оприлюднити додаткову угоду про внесення змін до договору. Керуючись статтею 651 Цивільного кодексу України, сторони уклали цю Додаткову угоду до Договору про наступне: 1. Очікуваний обсяг постачання змінено. 2. Пункти 3.1, 5.4., 13.1 Договору викладено у новій реакції. 3. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
