У зв"язку з коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку, що підтверджується оприлюдненими результатами торгів на ринку "на добу на перед" та внутрішньодобовому ринку на веб-сайті ДП "Оператор ринку"(https://www.ore.com.ua) та відповідно до пункту 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони вирішили збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більш як на 10 відсотків від ціни визначеної в Договорі,без збільшення загальної суми Договору, та встановити ціну на рівні :4,550639 грн./кВт*год. з ПДВ.Кількість електричної енергії за цим Договором:15 075 кВт*год.
