1. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору № 220058-1/14 від 03.02.2020 року на 30 840,29 грн. (тридцять тисяч вісімсот сорок грн., 29 коп.), та викласти п. 4.4. у новій редакції:
П. 4.4. Вартість електричної енергії, використаної за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у пункті 1.3 цього Договору, та становить: 159 238,58 грн. ( сто п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч двісті тридцять вісім грн. 58 коп.), крім того ПДВ 31 847,71 грн. ( тридцять одна тисяча вісімсот сорок сім грн. 71 коп.). всього з ПДВ – 191 086,29 грн. (сто дев’яносто одна тисяча вісімдесят шість грн. 29 коп.), та складається з суми, що фінансується з місцевого бюджету – 160 246,00 грн. (сто шістдесят тисяч двісті сорок шість грн., 00 коп.), та суми, що відшкодовується орендарями за витрачену електроенергію – 30 840,29 грн. (тридцять тисяч вісімсот сорок грн., 29 коп.), в тому числі:
- загальний фонд: 160 246,00 грн. (сто шістдесят тисяч двісті сорок шість грн., 00 коп.) враховуючи ПДВ 26 707,67 грн.;
- за рахунок відшкодованих коштів: 30 840,29 грн. (тридцять тисяч вісімсот сорок грн., 29 коп.), враховуючи ПДВ: 5 140,05 грн.
