02.08.2021 року надійшло звернення від ПП "НАФТАТРАНССЕРВІС" щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю товару з 26,34 грн. за 1 л бензину А-95 до 28,86 грн за 1 л бензину, тому відповідно до пункту 9.3 договору від 07.04.2021 №42 (далі- Договір), оскільки збільшення ціни за одиницю товару не перевищує 10%, сторони домовились про внесення змін до Договору шляхом укладання додаткової угоди ( п.2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі"

Відповідно до пункту 9.3 договору від 07.04.2021 №42 (далі- Договір), у зв'язку з коливанням цін на ринку нафтопродуктів, згідно висновку цінового моніторингу Криворізького представництва Дніпропетровської торгово-промислвої палати від 28.10.2021 № 234 та керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.9.4 Договору, Сторони погодили збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків (30,90 грн./літр з ПДВ), зменшити обсяг закупівлі до 1439,677 літрів.
