Керуючись Постановою №312 ПРРЕЕ від 14.03.2018 р., яка не передбачає попередню оплату за електричну енергію бюджетними установами, та враховуючи лімітні асигнування на 2019 рік. в яких не встановлена попередня оплата за електричну енергію, Сторони дійшли згоди змінити наступні умови Договору № 1 "Про закупівлю електричної енергії" від 16.01.2019 р. а саме розділ 4 Договору , п.п. 4,1 та п.п. 4.2.

У зв'язку з відсутністю потреби у придбанні електроенергії, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору "Про закупівлю електричної енергії" № 1 від 16.01.2019р. (надалі - Договір) та викласти п.п. 3.1. п. 3 Договору в наступній редакції:"Кошторисна ціна Договору встановлюється в національній валюті України та становить 277321,57 грн. (Двісті сімдесят сім тисяч триста двадцять одна грн. 57 коп.) з ПДВ.

(надалі- Договір), Сторони дійшли згоди змінити наступні умови Договору, а саме підпункт 10.1. розділу 10 "Строк дії договору" викласти в наступній редакції: "Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту укладання і діє до 31.03.2020 року".
