Послуги, що надаватимуться на суму 100 000 грн. без ПДВ, здійснюватимуться згідно рішення 32 сесії Рогатинської районної ради від 14 травня 2020 року №710-32/2020 та на 29 726.50 грн. без ПДВ - згідно із рішенням 28 сесії Рогатинської районної ради від 17 грудня 2019 року №608-28/2019 "Про районний бюджет Рогатинського району на 2020 рік" із цільовим призначенням: для оплати проходження обовʼязкових медичних оглядів громадян, які підлягають призову на військову службу.

Асортиментний ряд та ціни - згідно із специфікацією до основного договору. Обсяги закупівлі узгоджуються сторонами під час постачання.
