1. Відповідно до частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-УІІІ (зі змінами та доповненнями) та у відповідності з п.10.3 Договору Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на наступний рік, а саме до 31.03.2022 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.

Договору, у зв’язку з військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану, що в свою чергу є надзвичайними, невідворотними та об’єктивними обставинами для Постачальника, що підтверджено листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 № 2024/02.0-7.1, Сторони домовилися продовжити термін дії Договору до 31.04.2022 р. На підставі п.1.4. Договору Сторони домовилися зменшити суму додаткової угоди на 7 073,20 грн. та загальна сума по додатковій угоді становить 51116,80 грн. без ПДВ. Специфікація додається в новій редакції.
