Враховуючи військову агресію російської федерації та її ескалацію, враховуючи Указ Президента України від 24.02.2022 року №64/2022 "Про введення воєнного стану в Україні", Закон України №7389 "Про затвердження Указу Президента України "Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні", лист Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 р. №2024/02.0-7.1, у зв'язку з виникненням обставин непереборної сили, які настали після укладання Договору, перебувають поза волею та межами контролю сторін, та які Сторони не могли іна передбачити, ані попередити розумними заходами, факт виникнення яких був підтверджений листом ТПП України від 28.02.2022 №2024/02.0-7.1, необхідно продовжити термін дії Договору 17/2 від 24.12.2019 року.
