Постачальник і замовник дійшли згоди розірвати ДОГОВІР у зв’язку з тим ,що президентом України своїм указом №62/2017ввів в дію рішення Ради національної безпеки і оборони України "Про невідкладні додаткові заходи із протидії гібридним загрозам національної безпеці України", яким заборонено експорт вугілля з окупованої частини Донбасу . У зв’язку з цим поставки вугілля марок АМ(13-25),АОМ (13-50),АС(6-13),АКО(25-200), АК(50-100),АО(25-50) на сьогоднішній день повністю припинились.
