(Нуль грн. 00коп.) Загальна вартість робіт на 2021 рік по здійсненню авторського нагляду складає: 38981,25 грн (тридцять вісім тисяч дев’ятсот вісімдесят одна грн. 25 коп.), у т.ч. єдиний податок 5% 1856,25 грн.

Загальна вартість робіт по здійсненню авторського нагляду складає: 38981,25 грн. (тридцять вісім тисяч дев'ятсот вісімдесят одна грн. 25 коп.,) у т.ч. єдиний податок 590 1856,25 грн., З яких: у 2021 році вартість робіт становить 18900,00 грн. (Вісімнадцять тисяч дев'ятсот грн. 0Окоп.); у 2022 році вартість робіт становить 20081,25 грн (двадцять тисяч вісімдесят одна грн. 25 коп.),у т.ч. єдиний податок 5905 1856,25 грн. 2. Продовжити дію договору Хо 151 від 08.10.2020 року, та викласти у новій редакції п.9.1 розділу 9 «Термін дії договору»: «9Л Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 31.12.2022 ро але у будь-якому разі, до повного виконання Сторонами зобов'язань за Договором.»
