Note:
Змінити термін поставки та викласти в новій редакції п. 5.1. Договору: «Термін (строк) поставки товару – до 10.12.2021р. Дострокова доставка дозволяється.», відповідно до п. 12.4. Договору № 94-П від 18 серпня 2021 року та керуючись п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, на підставі наданих підтверджуючих документів, а саме листа від Продавця №1012 від 29.11.2021 р.
