На підставі пункту 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, уклали цю Додаткову угоду № 20 до Договору № 68 від 31.03.2021 року (далі – Додаткова угода) про наступне: 1. Загальна сума договору від 31.03.2021 № 68 становить 16 611 000,00 грн. (шістнадцять мільйонів шістсот одинадцять тисяч гривень 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ: 2 768 500,00 грн. 2. Сторони домовились зменшити ціну по договору від 31.03.2021 № 68 на 2 387 945,3 грн. (Постачальником поставлено товар на суму 14 223 054,70 грн. (чотирнадцять мільйонів двісті двадцять три тисячі п’ятдесят чотири гривні 70 коп.), і оплачено Замовником в повному обсязі. 3. Сторони дійшли згоди викласти пункт п. 4.1 Договору від 31.03.2021 № 68 в такій редакції: «Загальна сума договору згідно з специфікацією складає 14 223 054,70 грн. (чотирнадцять мільйонів двісті двадцять три тисячі п’ятдесят чотири гривні 70 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ: 2 370 509,12 грн. (два мільйона триста сімдесят тисяч п’ятсот дев’ять гривень 12 коп.).
