Note:
1. Внести зміни до пункту 3.1. договору закупівлі за державні кошти № 23 від «26» квітня 2019 р. виклавши у наступній редакції:
3.1. Ціна Договору становить 5 000 000 грн. 00 коп. (пять мільйонів гривеь грн. 00 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 350 838,83 грн. (ПДВ зменшилось на 482 494,50 грн.).
2. З метою покращення предмета закупівлі, за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної у Договорі, внести зміни до кошторису, який є додатком до Договору закупівлі послуг за державні кошти №23 від 26 квітня 2019 року, виклавши у наступній редакції, що додається (уточнюючий кошторис).
3.Дана угода складена у трьох екземплярах, кожний із яких має однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною Договору закупівлі послуг за державні кошти №23 від 26 квітня 2019 року.
