Згідно п.1.2, п.1.3., п.6.4, п.6.5.даного договору та відповідно погодженого дефектного акту від 08.10.2020 року, в зв’язку зі змінами в виконанні робіт (без зміни загальної суми проектно-кошторисної документації та суми договору ), сторони уклали додаткову угоду №2 до договору №41 про наступне: 1. Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 21.1. Договору в додаток 4 «Локальний кошторис» та викласти його у наступній редакції (додається).
