1. На підставі кошторисних призначень КЗ «Миляцький навчально-виховний комплекс «Загальноосвітня школа І-ІІІ ступенів - дошкільний навчальний заклад» Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в пункт п.2.1 Договору підряду № 24 від 14 серпня 2018 року, виклавши його в новій редакції такого змісту:
«2.1. Загальна вартість робіт, що виконуються Підрядником за Договором становить - 5 724 000,00 грн. (п’ять мільйонів сімсот двадцять чотири тисячі) з ПДВ, в тому числі: на 2018 рік - 1 315 339,00 грн. (один мільйон триста п’ятнадцять тисяч триста тридцять дев’ять грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ. на 2019 рік - 337 611,56 грн. (триста тридцять сім тисяч шістсот одинадцять грн. 56 коп.) з на 2020 рік - 103 815,07 грн. (сто три тисячі вісімсот п'ятнадцять грн. 07 коп.) з ПДВ на 2021 рік - 100 000,00 грн. (сто тисяч грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ. Зведений кошторисний розрахунок вартості робіт, доручених Підряднику, обчислюється у відповідності з ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013 «Правил визначення вартості будівництва».».
2. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в Договір підряду № 24 від 14 серпня 2018 року, виклавши додаток № 2 «План фінансування» у новій редакції, що додається.
3. Інші умови Договору підряду № 24 від 14 серпня 2018 року не змінені даною Додатковою угодою залишаються чинними і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання.
4. Додаткова угода складена в двох примірниках, по одному для кожної Сторони, і є невід’ємною частиною Договору підряду № 24 від 14 серпня 2018 року, та вступає в дію з моменту підписання.

1. На підставі кошторисних призначень КЗ «Миляцький навчально-виховний комплекс «Загальноосвітня школа І-ІІІ ступенів – дошкільний навчальний заклад» Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в пункти 4.1 та 10.1 Договору підряду № 24 від 14 серпня 2018 року, виклавши їх в новій редакції такого змісту:
«4.1. Підрядник зобов’язується розпочати виконання робіт після підписання даного Договору і виконати в строк до 26 грудня 2022 року.»
«10.1. Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і діє до 31 грудня 2022 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань по даному Договору.».
2. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в Договір підряду № 24 від 14 серпня 2018 року, доповнивши договір новими додатками № 2 «План фінансування» та № 3 «Календарний графік виконання робіт», що додаються.
3. Інші умови Договору підряду № 24 від 14 серпня 2018 року не змінені даною Додатковою угодою залишаються чинними і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання.
4. Додаткова угода складена в двох примірниках, по одному для кожної Сторони, і є невід’ємною частиною Договору підряду № 24 від 14 серпня 2018 року, та вступає в дію з моменту підписання.
