На підставі Рішення виконавчого комітету Луцької міської ради від 13.09.2023 року №511-1 "Про встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію та послуги що надаються ДКП "Луцьктепло" та п.7 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони погодили внести зміни в двоставкові тарифи на послуги з постачання теплової енергії..Нові тарифи є обов'язковими для обох сторін з часу введення їх в дію.
