У зв’язку зі зміною у фінансуванні Замовника Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму фінансування за Договором у 2019 році на 186 121,56 грн. (сто вісімдесят шість тисяч сто двадцять одну гривню 56 коп.) без ПДВ.
Керуючись п.1.3 Договору № ТО-1930/1 від 16.01.2019 року та ст. 36 ч. 4 п. 4 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди про продовження строку дії Договору та викласти в наступній редакції пункти 7.1., 13.1. Договору, а саме:
7.1. Строк надання послуг складає:
- початок: дата підписання договору;
- закінчення: 31.12.2020 року.
13.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 31.12.2020р., а в частині оплати наданих послуг – до повного їх виконання.
Внести зміни до календарного графіку – Додаток №2.
Сума договору після внесення змін: 393 684,13 грн. (без ПДВ).
Кількість товарів або обсяг виконання робіт чи надання послуг після внесення змін: 1 послуга.
