Згідно ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII збільшити суму договору що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, на 37117,75 грн. (тридцять сім тисяч сто сімнадцять грн. 75 коп.) без ПДВ, та викласти п. п. 2.2 п.2 договору в наступній редакції «Сума договору після збільшення становить 222706,57грн. (двісті двадцять дві тисячі сімсот шість грн. 57 коп.) без ПДВ.
